This one day workshop is based on survey feedback from team members, for team members, applicable only to 'intact teams'. Built around pracitical behaviors most critical to successful collaboration, participants distill their feedback in their own words, and present to the team the essence of the feedback. Since the feedback comes exclusively from the team, there really are no surprises, just clarification and more constructive candor. The feedback is interspersed with a framework for realistic empowerment, building trust, and fostering more effective communication. Powerful and engaging.
